Eric H. Monroe

Eric H. Monroe, 73, of Woonsocket, died November 16, 2017 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Marlene A. (Tomaskowicz) Monroe. Born in Pittsfield, MA, he was the son of the late Hugh and Esther (Johnson) Monroe. Besides his wife Marlene, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott Wells and his beloved dog Miller.

He is survived by one son, Todd Monroe and his wife Emily, their daughters Natalie and Kaitlyn of Burrillville; three daughters, Laurie Dufour and her husband Chris, their children Katherine and Sean of Newport, RI, Christine Monroe of Woonsocket and Robin Monroe of Woonsocket; LC, and a brother, Lee Monroe and his wife Donna of Plainfield, MA.

Private services will be held with burial in Stockbridge Town Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Holt Funeral Home, 510 S. Main St., Woonsocket, RI.
