Judy A. (Martens) Paquette, 59, of Fisher St., died December 12, 2017 at home. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Dorothy (Larouche) Martens of Woonsocket and the late Joseph Martens.
Judy was currently working as a Customer Service Manager for Degania Silicone Inc., Smithfield. She previously worked for Portola Tech, Cumberland, Seville Dyeing Co., Woonsocket and Narragansett Knitting Mill, Woonsocket.
Judy loved spending time playing with her granddaughter and was an avid New England Patriots fan. She loved hosting family events with her famous BBQ chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and everyones favorite Mexican Wedding Cake. Judy was selfless, loved everybody, and family meant everything to her.
Besides her mother Dorothy, she is survived by two daughters, Jill Paquette and Emily Paquette, both of Woonsocket; two brothers, Thomas Martens of Glendale and James Martens of Woonsocket; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Waldman; her nephew, Anthony Martens and his wife Amanda of Woonsocket, and her niece, Jasmine Martens of Ashby, MA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:30 AM in St. Josephs Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm St., Blackstone. Calling hours are Sunday from 3 - 6 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
