Raymond P. Archambault

Raymond P. Archambault, 80, of Woonsocket, died at home surrounded by his family on August 11, 2016. He was the husband of the late Rita J. (Phaneuf) Archambault. Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Sylvio and Cora (Lariviere) Archambault.

He was a professional dress cutter for many years before he became the owner and operator of REO Construction Co. Raymond was loved by everyone and had a great sense of humor.

He is survived by a son, Bruce Archambault of Woonsocket; a daughter, Theresa Gamache of Woonsocket; a brother Roger Archambault of Florida; three sisters, Rachel Laporte of Blackstone, Claire Proulx, and Pauline Proverb, both of Blackstone, MA; four grand-children, and five great grand-children.

Private funeral arrangements were held under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
