Regina M. (muir) Malo

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Regina M. (Muir) Malo, 101, died May 23, 2016 in St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Clarence W. Malo. Born in Marlboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late Wilbrod and Nora (Slattery) Muir. She lived in Bellingham for many years before moving to North Smithfield in 1970.Mrs. Malo was a homemaker, a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, Slatersville and a former member of the North Smithfield Senior Citizen's. She is survived by her two children; Richard Malo of Goshen, CT and David Malo of Smithfield, five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Carol Dumouchel, grandmother of the late Daniel Malo and sister of the late Edward and Alice Muir.Her funeral will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 beginning with visitation at 9 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket followed by a 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial in the chapel at St. Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, West Wrentham Road, Cumberland.
