The remodeling and changes of the funeral home were planned on how we can BEST serve our families.The grieving process is very difficult and we wanted to provide a very relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Lucas Memorial Chapel is a funeral home that focuses on providing special personalized services for all of our families. We created special designs to the building to make each family member feel comfortable and peaceful when walking through our doors. We have an elegant foyer that features a crystal chandelier. In addition, a flat screened television is mounted on the wall and a state of the art sound system has been installed to play music throughout the building. Also, a cozy lounge area is on the first floor with reading materials, snacks and historical pictures. 

The conference family meeting room is located in the heart of a large remodeled kitchen area. Funeral arrangements are made around a large circular table with the comforts of homelike surroundings. The selection room is adjacent to the family meeting room for your convenience. From the selection room you can view the lovely garden and patio area. The sounds of the water fountain outside and the serenity of the grounds provides a very peaceful & beautiful setting. The redesigned chapel can seat one hundred and seventy five people. We have an overflow room that can accommodate more than one hundred people. The chapel has special areas for pastors and appointed people that are presiding over funeral services. A large projected screen has been installed for special video tributes. In addition, the entire chapel has been painted in warm colors for a more inviting and calming experience.

Our reception area is equipped to serve more than one hundred people. The tall ceilings and large bay windows create a wonderful setting to meet and greet your family. There is also a full kitchen area to accommodate all of your food & catering needs. The fireplace in the room has a lovely mantle in which you can display your loved ones photographs. One of the highlights of this area is that there is a separate entrance to the reception area. Also, this room is available for special events or community programs.
