Antoinette Hetu Obituary

Antoinette M. (Dalti) Hetu, 91, of North Smithfield, died September 20, 2018 in The Holiday Retirement Home in Lincoln. She was the wife of the late Paul Hetu. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Guisippe and Amelia (Lenzi) Daltilio.

She was known to be a hard worker, employed as a Cosmetician for the former Park Square Pharmacy for over 40 years, retiring in 1997. She was a communicant of St. Anthonys Church as well as Holy Trinity Parish. Toni was devoted to her family, and stayed very involved with her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Toni was the beloved sister of Ronald Dalti, with whom she lived in North Smithfield, Frank Dalti, also of North Smithfield, and Angelina Dagesse of Woonsocket; as well as the late Francesco Daltilio, Grace Cullerton, Mary Sutcliffe, Joseph and James A. Dalti.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2018 beginning with visitation at 9:30 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Holy Trinity Parish (formerly Our Lady Queen of Martyrs), 1409 Park Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm Street, Blackstone, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 260 W. Exchange St., Providence, RI 02903.
