Edith Fafard Obituary
Edith L. (Minot) Fafard, 92, of Woonsocket, died July 18, 2018 in Woonsocket Health Rehabilitation Centre. She was the wife of the late Emile J. Fafard, Jr. who passed away in 1993. Born in North Smithfield, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Ellestein (Bishop) Minot.
She worked as an assembler for Imperial Knife Company of Providence for 35 years.
She is survived by a son, Dennis Fafard and his wife Sharon of North Smithfield; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Emile J. Fafard, III and Stephen J. Fafard, Sr.
A graveside service for Edith will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 9:00 AM in Union Cemetery, Smithfield Road, North Smithfield.
