Jean R. Therien

Jean R. Therien, 56, of Woonsocket, died August 7, 2018 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of Sandra M. (Hulme) Therien and the late Paul Edmond. He was a member of the IBEW Local 99.

Jean is survived by a son, Jacob Therien of Waltham, MA; mother, Sandra Therien of Woonsocket; three brothers, Paul Therien of Bristol, RI, Matthew Therien and his wife Joanne of Narragansett; Joel Therien of Boston and sister-in-law, Maria Therien-Tout. Besides his father, Paul Therien, Jean was preceded in death byhis brother, Peter Therien.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Josephs Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm St., Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Friday from 4-7 PM in the funeral home.
