Lucille (Bacon) Lamothe, 87, died November 28, 2017 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Roger P. Lamothe. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Dorien and Alice (Belliveau) Bacon.
She is survived by two daughters, Lorraine Rondeau and her late husband Maurice of Woonsocket; Denise Lapierre and her late husband David of North Smithfield; two grandchildren, David Rondeau and his wife Jennifer of Cumberland; Kelly Godfrin and her husband Michael of Narragansett; a great-grandson, Joshua Rondeau as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Camille, Maurice, Normand, Raymond, Robert and Wilford Bacon, Edith Allard, Alice Coutu and Muriel Durand.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket. A welcoming of family and friends at the church will start at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Foundation for the Blind, Resource Development American Foundation for the Blind, 2 Penn Plaza, Suite 1102 New York, NY 10121.
