Marie H. Baron

Marie H. (Tanguay) Baron, 89, of Woonsocket, died November 2, 2018 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Roger Lanois and the late Marcel Baron. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte (Tanguay) Cousineau.

Mrs. Baron worked as an Assembler for A.T. Cross, Lincoln, retiring in 1991. Marie enjoyed dinner with family and friends, family card games on Sunday, laughing and relaxing outside in the summer.

She is survived by her nephews, Gerard Frappier and his wife Jean of Woonsocket and Michel Frappier and his wife Kathleen of Carolina, RI; her nieces, Diane Lemoine and her husband Robert of RI, Debra Tomassini and her husband Richard of RI and Donna Armstrong and her husband Paul of Cumberland; her grandson, Tony Passarelli of Arizona; and her sister, Paula Frappier of Woonsocket. She was the mother of the late Suzanne Passarelli and sister of the late Margaret Clancy.

A graveside service will be held Friday, November 9, 2018 at 11 AM in St. James Cemetery, Old River Rd., Manville. Calling hours are omitted. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
