Paulette A. Jolicoeur

Paulette A. (Charpentier) Jolicoeur, 71, of North Shore Drive, Glendale, passed away May 28, 2018 at home. She was the wife of Lucien Jolicoeur, whom she married on April 18, 1971. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Rene and Anita (Dussault) Charpentier.

Mrs. Paulette Jolicoeur graduated from Rhode Island College, and worked as a French and English teacher for 30 years at Woonsocket Junior High School prior to her retirement in 1999.

Besides her husband Lucien, Paulette is survived by a daughter, Nicole Tremblay and her husband Stephen of North Smithfield, a son, Matthew Jolicoeur and his wife Jill of North Kingstown; and a daughter Katherine Riley and her husband Thomas of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Noelle, Abigail, and Michael Tremblay, and Noah, Lucas, and Ella Jolicoeur; and a brother, Paul Charpentier of Broomfield, CO. She was the sister of the late Janice Arsenault.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10 AM in St. Theresas Church, 35 Dion Drive, Harrisville, RI 02830. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday from 4 7 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main St. Providence, RI 02904.
