So very sorry to read of Tim's passing. We played pick-up basketball together way back when and reconnected many years later when we both worked in state government. He really did have a genuine smile and he always seemed happy to see me, just as I was happy to see him. We'd chat for a few minutes about Woonsocket, politics and family and I always looked forward to our next meeting. May he rest in peace
