Victor J Rice

Victor J. Jack Rice, 72, of Valley View Dr., Cumberland, died February 2, 2018 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of Jacqueline A. (Brouillard) Rice whom he married August 14, 1964. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Stephen and Pearl (Duquette) Rice.

Jack worked as a Security Guard for CVS. He was a lifetime member of The Italian Working Mens Club of Woonsocket and Cercle Laurier Inc. of Woonsocket.

Besides his wife Jacqueline, he is survived by three daughters, Lisa Rosa of Cranston, Veronica Merrifield and her husband John of Cumberland and Melissa Rice of Cumberland; a brother, Joseph Rice of North Carolina; a sister, Pearl Rice of Woonsocket; four grandchildren, Samantha, Zachary, Jake and Jasmine, and two great grandsons, Michael and Jaxson; as well as, many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Stephen Rice, Patricia Berthiaume, Joanne Connolly, Maryanne Joly and Shirley Masse.

His funeral will be held Friday, February 9, 2018 beginning with visitation at 4 PM followed by a service at 7 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, RI. Burial will be private.
