Alan J. Wooding, Jr., 42, of Woonsocket, died February 21, 2021 unexpectedly at home. Born in Norwood, MA, he was the son of Elizabeth (Stilen) Wooding of Medway, MA and the late Alan Wooding, Sr.
Alan worked as a fork lift operator for SLG Warehouse Solutionsin Franklin. He enjoyed fishing, dancing, camping, cooking, classic cars, and making People laugh.
Along with his mother, Elizabeth, he is survived by his fiancee, April Nunes of Woonsocket, two sons, Jacob Wooding of Woonsocket, RI, and Kyle Barlow-Wooding, of Milford, MA; two daughters, Marissa Ramos of Burriville, RI, and Jennasys McMeniman of Woonsocket; a brother, Brian Wooding, of Wrentham, MA; two sisters, Danielle Wooding, of Athol, MA, and Sharon Lambirth of Whitinsville, MA; three grandchildren; as well as, a stepson, Eric Ferreira of Pawtucket, and many nephews and nieces.
Attendance for his funeral service is private, but may be viewed live Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 2 PM online at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/9995266 Public visitation will follow service 3 - 5 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Social distancing guidelines will be followed upon your arrival.
