Annette Boucher Obituary

Annette A. (Riendeau) Boucher, 100, formerly of North Smithfield, passed away December 20, 2024 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late George Boucher. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ovila and Rosanna (Plouffe) Riendeau.

Mrs. Boucher worked as a comptroller for Amprex, North Smithfield, retiring in 1990. Annette enjoyed dancing, playing cards, and bus trips, but most importantly, she was a loving and caring mother and relished spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

She is survived by her son, Denis Boucher and his wife, Mary Ann of Chepachet; three grandchildren, Julia Boucher, Derek Boucher, and Alyssa Stevenin; and seven great grandchildren, Riley, Aiden, Zachary, Angelina, Jackson, Peter, and Lily. She was the mother of the late Carol Stevenin, and the sister of the late Anita Laliberte, Irene Bourget, and Lillian Charland. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 30, 2024 at 11 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church St., Slatersville. Burial will following in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
