Barbara A. (Dubuc) Brooks

Barbara A. (Dubuc) Brooks, 84, of North Smithfield, died August 26, 2024 in Oakland Grove Healthcare Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Richard Brooks. Born in Waterbury, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Marie C. (Valence) Dubuc.

Mrs. Brooks worked as a secretary for many years. She loved to sew, and enjoyed reading and word searches.

She leaves three sons, and her longtime friend, Denise Bacon, of Lincoln.

Her funeral will be held Friday, September 6, 2024 at 11 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield.
