Carol J. (Lavoie) St. Germain, 66, of Pascoag, passed away July 26, 2025, in Kent Hospital, Warwick surrounded by her family. She was the wife of forty-five years of Russell St. Germain. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Lionel and Anita (Brien) Lavoie.
Carol worked for many years at Miller Electric and retired as a medical secretary for NRI Community Services, Woonsocket. Carol was the family matriarch, and she loved doting on her great nieces and nephews, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed good trips to Foxwoods and playing cards with her best friend.
Along with her husband, Russell, she is survived by her sister, Constance Nadeau, and her husband Ron Nadeau Sr. of Woonsocket; several nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Susan Gazaille.
Her funeral will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Precious Blood Church, 94 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Calling hours are Thursday from 4 - 7 PM.
