Charles W. Lemieux

Charles W. Lemieux, 67, of Harrisville, died January 18, 2026 in the HopeHealth Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late William and Theresa (Gilbert) Lemieux.

Charles was a 1976 graduate of Davies Career and Technical High School. He worked as a machine mechanic for Imperial Packaging Corporation, Woonsocket for forty years up until his retirement, and he was also currently employed by the Blackstone Valley Housing Authority for the last thirty years. Charles was a member of the Cercle Laurier. He enjoyed playing cards at Spritzers and Toti's. Charles was always tinkering with, fixing, or building things around his home. He was a social butterfly who enjoyed visiting breweries with his son, or enjoyed a cold beer with a friend.

He leaves his longtime companion, Leslie (Tellier) Lemieux; two sons, Brad Lemieux and his wife, Holly of Cumberland, and Kenneth Marcotte and his wife, Chelsea of Douglas, MA; his daughter, Kerri Perretta and her husband, Michael of Chepachet; his sister, Jeanne Lafond and her husband, Dennis, of Manville; ten grandchildren, whom he treasured, Adam, Alyssa, Samuel, Isabella, Sienna, Brynlee, Maverick, River, Travis and Everley; and his niece, Elizabeth Lafond and her companion, Robert Baxter of Burrillville.

His funeral will be held Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 PM.
