Christine Desjardins Obituary

Christine R.M. Desjardins, 56, of Woonsocket, died unexpectedly July 26, 2021 in her home. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Anthony A. and Rita A. (Perrault) Desjardins.

Christine worked for FGX International for the past 21 years. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish.

She leaves her sister Donna Desjardins with whom she lived; her nephew, Wayne Desjardins, Jr. Whitinsville, MA ; and many cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Wayne Desjardins, and her companion, William McGloin.

Her funeral will be held Friday, August 6, 2021 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Church, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket. The family will receive guests beginning at 9:30 AM in the church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, West Wrentham Rd., Cumberland. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to the ASPCA for her love of animals, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090.
