Constance N. (Lahousse) Fedorak

Constance N. (Lahousse) Fedorak, 75, of North Smithfield and formerly of Woonsocket, passed away January 29, 2026 in the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Michael Fedorak. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Raphael and Louise "Weezie" (Suffoletto) Lahousse.

Mrs. Fedorak worked as a payroll clerk for the Town of Bellingham, retiring in 2010, and previously worked at A.T. Cross, Lincoln for twenty-eight years. Connie was a devout Catholic who enjoyed playing BINGO and cards. She also loved to spend time with her family, as well as, with her devoted dog and companion, Max.

She is survived by her three daughters, Pamela Fortier and her husband Steven, of Flat Rock, NC, Karen Fedorak of Blackstone, and Tina Carpentier of Hendersonville, NC; two brothers, James Lahousse and his wife Lynn of North Smithfield, and Bruce Lahousse and his wife Jeanie of North Dighton, MA; two sisters, Gloria Descy and her husband Marcel of Woonsocket, and Dorothy McGee and her husband Kenneth of Pascoag; four grandchildren, Perry, Kristen and her husband Charles, Elisa, and Dominick; and four great grandchildren, Hailie, Bentley, Cameron, and Kaysen.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Divine Mercy Parish at St. Paul's Church, 48 St. Paul St., Blackstone. Burial will follow in Blackstone Cemetery, Mendon St., Blackstone. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 - 7 PM.
