Dawn Hoyle, 53, of Blackstone, died September 3, 2022 in Milford Regional Medical Center. She was a long-time resident of Blackstone, MA. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Edith (Hodder) Hoyle.
Dawn received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Therapy from Worcester State College, and worked as a payroll coordinator for Putnam Investments, Boston, for twenty-eight years. She had previously worked for Stop and Shop in Milford for ten years. She attended Christ Community Church in Blackstone, and Slatersville Congregational Church.in Slatersville, RI. Dawn enjoyed spending time with her family, and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her sisters, Diane Sawyer of Blackstone, Barbara Duprey of Pascoag, Robin Stander of Chelmsford, Mary Hoyle of Blackstone, Jill LeBlanc of Millville, and Jody Angell of Blackstone; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard J. Mullen.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 with visitation beginning at 10am, at Christ Community Church, 31 Church Street, Blackstone, followed by a service at 11am. Burial will follow in Blackstone Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
