Denise M. (Sirois) Deschenes

Denise M. (Sirois) Deschenes, 72, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, died July 27, 2023 in Oakland Grove Health Care, Woonsocket. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Kathleen (McConaghy) Sirois.

Denise worked as a teletypist for New England Telephone after she graduated from Shea High School in 1969. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Ronald Deschenes and his wife, Stephanie of Vero Beach, FL, David Deschenes, of Warren, and Theresa Deschenes, of Warren; four brothers, Kenneth Sirois, of North Attleboro, MA, Arthur Sirois, of Warwick, Thomas Sirois, of Albion, Terence Sirois, of Myrtle Beach, SC; three sisters, Judy Clynes, of Manville, Sharon Botelho, of Lincoln, and Therese Carr, of The Villages, FL; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings, Kathleen Lama, Paul and Stephan Sirois.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 S. Main Street, Woonsocket, RI.
