Dwayne A. Ottavi

Dwayne A. Ottavi, 39, died March 17, 2021 in Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Boston. Born in Providence he was the son of Eugene and Jean Girard Ottavi of Woonsocket.

Dwayne enjoyed listening to all genres of music, loved LARPING and anything Star Wars. He loved all sports but most of all the Boston Celtics. He loved his children very much and treated everyone like family. Dwayne was always laughing and cracking jokes and will be missed deeply by many.

Besides his parents, he leaves his children, Xavier and Emily Ottavi, and their mother, Ashlee Guilbault, of Woonsocket; two brothers, Randy and Eugene Ottavi, both of Woonsocket; his sister, Laurie Fleetwood of Wilmington, DE; his late brother Timothy Ottavi; and his close friends whom were all considered his brothers, Joe and Dave Charette, and Eric Dee.

His visitation will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 5:30-7PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116.
