Estelle A. Richardson

Estelle A. (Tedeschi) Richardson, 85, of Woonsocket, passed away June 10, 2019 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Lester Richardson. Born in Blackstone, MA, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Eileen (Kennedy) Tedeschi.

Estelle worked for many years for their family business, Tinsel Town of Woonsocket. She also worked as a telephone operator for some time, but she dedicated most of her time to caring for her family.

She is survived by her son, former Commander Michael Richardson of the Woonsocket Police (ret.) and his wife Paula of Woonsocket; her daughter, Lori Lepine and her husband Roland of Woonsocket; two brothers, William Tedeschi of Blackstone and Robert Tedeschi of Florida; her sister, Helen Chisolm of Wakefield, MA; six grandchildren, Kevin Richardson, Jr. and his wife Caitlyn of Dennis, MA, Nicholas Richardson of Coventry, Eric Richardson and his wife Melissa of Woonsocket, Heather Gazaille and her husband Raymond of Maple Hill, NC, Kayla Wolf and her husband Christopher of Woonsocket, and Lauren Beattie and her husband Ryan of Edwards Air Force Base, CA; as well as nine great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Kevin Richardson, and the sister of the late Armand Tedeschi and Mary Meunier.

Her funeral will be held Friday, June 14, 2019 beginning with visitation at 10 AM, followed by a service at 11 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Pauls Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Thursday from 5 8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
