James Corriveau Obituary

James O. Corriveau, 84, of Uxbridge, formerly of Woonsocket, died December 20, 2025 in Waterview Lodge, Ashland, MA. He was the husband of Susan Corriveau. Born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Cyprien and Corinne (Imhoff) Corriveau.


Jim was a veteran of the US Army and Coast Guard. He owned Jim's Antenna Service and later Jim's Hobby Shop in Woonsocket. A singer his whole life, he was a fixture with his son Raymond at Christopher's Karaoke nights for 9 years. He was a true outdoorsman, who loved boating, snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting. He truly loved life, especially travelling around the country and Canada.


He is survived by his wife Susan; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Corriveau of North Smithfield; his sister, Blanche Del Pizzo of Long Island, NY; and his granddaughter, Alexis Corriveau of North Smithfield; and many nieces and nephews in the US and Canada. He was predeceased by his daughter Nicole, his son Raymond Corriveau, and his brothers, Edgar, Raymond, Eric, Robert and Joseph Corriveau.


A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 4, 2026 starting with visitation at 10AM, followed by a service at 12PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St, Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waterview Lodge, 250 West Union St, Ashland MA 01721 or via www.waterviewlodgellc.com
