Jeannette La Cascio Obituary

Jeannette F. La Cascio, 84, of Smithfield, died March 17, 2023 in Lincolnwood Rehab and Healthcare Center, North Providence. Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Catherine (O'Connell) La Cascio.

Jeannette had a spitfire personality, and always made others laugh. She worked hard to always advocate for herself. Jeannette loved watching The Golden Girls.

She leaves her sister, Rita Andreason of Lindale, TX; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Louis La Cascio, and two sisters, Louise Rich and Rose Bernard.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seven Hills Foundation, 68 Cumberland Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
