Joseph L. Chabot Jr.

Joseph L. Chabot Jr., 66, of Woonsocket, passed away on July 9, 2025 in his home.

Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Joseph Sr. and Barbara (Hauge) Chabot.

Joseph worked as a commercial and residential painter. He enjoyed fishing on his boat, mountain biking with his brother, painting nature landscapes, and reminiscing over past racquetball, karate, and golfing tournaments.

He was the companion of Judy (Raymond) Fontaine of Woonsocket. He is survived by his brother Michael Chabot of Woonsocket; his children, Jessica Chabot Tavares and her husband Bill of Rehoboth, Joseph Chabot III of Cumberland; and his three grandchildren, Joseph IV, Grayson and Sophie.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket.
