Lillian "Jean" (Ough) Northcutt

Lillian J. "Jean" (Ough) Northcutt, 89, of Guilderland, NY, died April 7, 2026 in Our Lady of Mercy Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Andrew L. Northcutt, to whom she was married 57 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Marie (Robertson) Ough. Lillian grew up in Woonsocket, and lived in Bellingham, MA for many years, before relocating to New York.

Mrs. Northcutt worked for Amica Insurance Company. She loved to travel with her husband. Lillian was an avid reader, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crosswords, and word searches.

She leaves her children, Lee Anne Ladd and her husband, Mark, of Clifton Park, NY, Andrew Northcutt and his wife, Debra of Coventry and Robert Northcutt and his wife, Kimberly of Northlake, TX; nine grandchildren, Heather, Daniel and Hannah Ladd, Cristina Hendrickson, Jessica Alton, and Alissa, Joshua, Jacob and Luke Northcutt; eight great grandchildren, Andrew, William, Edward, Abigail, Elizabeth, Tyler, Quentin and Rosalie.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, April 16, 2026 beginning with visitation at Noon, followed by a service at 1:30 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
