Lucien Gauthier Obituary

Lucien R. Gauthier, 67, of Woonsocket, died July 10, 2017 in Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Pauline J. (Rondeau) Gauthier, whom he married April 11, 1970. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Lucien V. and Irene (Croteau) Gauthier.

Lucien co-owned Emerald Auto Sales. He was a former member at the Sayles Hill Rod and Gun Club. He was a car enthusiast and known as Heavy Chevy on CB radio.

Besides his wife Pauline, he leaves their daughters, Darlene Gauthier (Cicerchia) of Fairfax, VA and Paula Gauthier and her significant other, Maurice LaCroix of Bellingham, MA; his brother, Donald Gauthier of Woonsocket; two sisters, Ann-Marie Gauthier (Boucher) and Rita Gauthier (Gill), both of Maine; five grandchildren, Joseph and Sabrina Desrosiers, Matthew Dusseault, and Carrie Ann and Joshua Cicerchia; three great grandchildren, Macy, J.D. and Jackson.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
