Lucille Y. (Daigneault) Allard

Lucille Y. (Daigneault) Allard, 96, of Woonsocket, died in The Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Theodore H. Allard. Born in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Adiana (Plante) Daigneault.

Lucille worked as a machine operator for AT Cross. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish.

She is survived by three sisters, Gertrude Foisy, of MA, Vivian Gagnon, of Cumberland and Jeannine Laroche, of Woonsocket. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Walter, Robert, and Arthur Daigneault, the late Pauline Poisson, and the late Constance Gignac.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Parish, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket. Inurnment will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home. 510 S. Main St., Woonsocket, RI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, 200 Niantic Ave, Providence, RI 02907.
