Lucille M. (Beausoleil) Chartier, 93, of North Smithfield, passed away October 22, 2025 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. Born in Blackstone, MA, she was the daughter of the late Napoleon and Marie Anne (Lamontagne) Beausoleil.
Lucille worked as an assembler for AT Cross, until her retirement in 1996. She was a communicant of the former All Saints Church. She loved to go shopping, play Bingo and being with family.
She is survived by her five children, Diane Bernardo and her husband, Edward, of Warwick, and Gail Brodeur and her husband, Robert, of North Smithfield, Gary Chartier and his wife Kathi of Holliston, MA, David Chartier of Woonsocket, Bruce Chartier and his wife, Lisa, of Uxbridge; twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Denis Chartier, and her siblings Aldea Lebrun and Roger Beausoleil.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 8:30 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Calling hours are Friday from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
