Madeleine C. Bishop

Madeleine C. Bishop, 73, of Woonsocket, died October 11, 2024 in Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center, Pascoag. She was the wife of Kim R. (Clarkston) Bishop, whom she married July 14, 2009. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Roswell Bishop, Sr. and Florida (Chevalier) Bishop.

Maddie was very proud to be a Veteran for the US Army. She worked as a computer technician for Citizen's Bank. She loved fishing with her friends, watching football, especially the Patriots, and watching baseball.

Besides her wife, Kim, she leaves their children, Jason and Philip Rogers, and Lynn Paul, all of Woonsocket; her brother, Roswell "Skip" Bishop, Jr., and his wife Jane, of Gales Ferry, CT; two sister-in-laws, Roxanne Cabral and Joanne McGehee, both of Mashpee; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and three nephews. She was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Sharon Alford.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 4-6PM, in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a service at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the DAV - Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301, Cincinatti, OH 45250-0301
