Mary E. (O'Neill) Connolly

Mary E. Connolly, 85, of Blackstone, passed away on April 10, 2025 in Milford Hospital with her loving family by her side.. She was the wife of the late Roger F. Connolly. Born in Blackstone, she was the daughter of the late William and Grace (Brown) O'Neill.

Mary worked as an assembler for Waters Corporation. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing and many crafts. She loved animals, going to the theater and spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her children, David Connolly and his wife Judith of Blackstone, Jodie Brower and her husband Mark, of Harrisville, and Jamie Connolly of Blackstone; her sister, Sandra Lamson of Woonsocket; seven grandchildren, David, Roger, Nicholas and Travis Connolly, Nathan and Dylan St. Louis, and Ashley Deschamps; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; and her devoted caregiver, Holly Fernandes Dodd. She was predeceased by her son, Dale Connolly, and her siblings, Arthur Odsen, Robert O'Neill, Frances Lockwood and Carol Braz.

Her funeral will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 starting with a visitation at 9AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, followed by a memorial service at 11AM. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Blackstone. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blackstone Regional Animal Shelter, 14 Chestnut St., Blackstone, MA 01504.
