Michele A. Carboni

Michele A. (Marrah) Carboni, 78, of Pascoag, died January 2, 2021 in Stillwater Nursing Center, Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Ronald A. Carboni, whom she married November 20, 1968. She was the daughter of the late James P. and Jeannette (Fredericks) Marrah.

Michele was a graduate of St. Clare High School, Woonsocket. She worked as a real estate agent for ReMax, and had previously worked with Century 21 Crossroads, as well as Logee and Bishop Real Estate Agency. Michele was a member of the Northern RI Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and trips to the casino.

She leaves her daughters, Jodi Carboni of Pascoag, and Tami Carboni-Branchaud, wife of the late Leo Branchaud, of Tinmouth, VT; and her lifelong friend, Rosita Lacey of South Carolina. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Frances Marrah.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Charles Church, 8 Daniels Street, Woonsocket. The family will accept guests beginning at 9:30 AM. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Michele and Buttercup may be made to the Burrillville Animal Shelter, 105 Harrisville Main St, Town Hall, Harrisville, RI 02830.
