Obituary

Muriel C. (Blanchette) Peloquin, 93, of Bristol, formerly of North Smithfield, died January 5, 2021 in St. Elizabeth Manor. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Lorretta (Plouffe) Blanchette.

Muriel was a graduate of St. Clare High School. She worked as an office manager for Stamina Mills, Forestdale. Muriel was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, Slatersville. She was a member of the Royal Travellers and St. Joseph's Seniors Club, and served on the residence committee at The Meadows. Muriel loved to travel.

She leaves her grandchildren, Jamie Peloquin and his wife Ryun, and their children, Natalie and Simon of Freeport, ME and Holly Guernon and her boyfriend, Mike Galego, and her children, Ashlyn, Jade, and Zachary of North Smithfield; her daughter-in-law, Rose Peloquin, of West Greenwich; her stepgrandchildren, Katie Dager and her husband James, and their children, Carolina and Brighton, of Hendersonville, NC and Tyler Ramos and his husband Chris of Cranston. She was predeceased by her son, Mark "Woody" Peloquin.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 11 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church St., Slatersville or may be viewed live at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/65987829 Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
