Nancy D. (Iaciofano) Simmons, 88, of Johnston, passed away May 14, 2026. She was the wife of the late Albert Simmons, Sr. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Assunta (Musto) Iaciofano. Nancy is survived by her three children, Albert Simmons, Jr., Michael Simmons, and Nancy Simmons.
