Pamela J. (Gardner) Berard

Pamela J. (Gardner) Berard, 72, of Narragansett, died March 2, 2023 at her home surrounded by her husband and children. She was the wife of Wallace H. Berard. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Thistle) Gardner.

In addition to raising 6 children, Mrs. Berard was the office manager at Broad St. Garage for over twenty years, working alongside her husband, Wally, and also worked as a travel agent with Galaxy Travel. Pam loved to spend time at her home in Narragansett and will be remembered for her larger-than-life personality and love for her family and friends.

Besides her husband, Wally, she is survived by their children Bryan Berard of Lincoln, Greg Berard and his wife, Katy, of Lincoln, Bethany Berard-DePalma and her fiancé, Steve Peck, of Saunderstown, Bruce Berard and his wife, Erica, of Cumberland, David Berard of Stuart, FL, and Linda Lynch of Narragansett; her brother, Mark Gardner of Johnston; her niece Debbie Gardner Clancy of Warwick; and ten grandchildren, Wes and Jax DePalma, Brody and Quinn Berard, Madison and Brooke Berard, TJ and Taylor Lynch, Stephanie and David Berard,; and her great granddaughter, Bella Berard.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Lynne Gardner-O'Neil, Gayle Gardner Morse, William Jr. Gardner, and Paul Gardner.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 11AM in All Saints' Memorial Church, 674 Westminster St., Providence, RI 02903. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HopeHealth, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904, St. Jude's Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 or to All Saints' Memorial Church.
