Patricia A. (Fiedorowicz) Brodeur, 85, of North Smithfield, died May 21, 2026 in HopeHealth Hulitar Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Leonel A. Brodeur, whom she married November 10, 1962. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Veresko) Fiedorowicz.
Pat worked for the Visiting Nurses Association of Greater RI for 35 years, a job she was very passionate about and dedicated to. She was an active communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, and served 15 years in its Women's Guild. Pat was a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America in the 70s, serving at both the Pack and Council Levels, and helping to organize statewide Jamborees.
She leaves her son, Michael Brodeur and his wife, Lisa, of Blackstone and two granddaughters, Meagan and Jessica. She was predeceased by her children, Mary and David Brodeur; her brother, Joseph Fiedorowicz; and her sister, Ann Ragosta.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, May 28, 2026 with a Mass at 10 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church St., Slatersville. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
