Patricia Hazebrouck Obituary

Patricia Lynn (Morin) Hazebrouck, 60, of Millville, died September 21, 2018 peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved wife of Thomas Hazebrouck, they recently celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of Ann Marie (Danis) Morin of Woonsocket and the late George B. Morin.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two children, Kevin Hazebrouck and his wife Crystal of North Smithfield and Jaimie Lynn Hazebrouck of Boston. She is also survived by five brothers, George Morin of Hudson, MA; David Morin and Chris Morin both of Warwick, Steven Morin and Michael Morin both of Woonsocket. She was the sister of the late Jane Houle.

Mrs. Hazebrouck was a well-respected recovery room nurse at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket for 40 years and an active union member of the hospitals Northern RI UNAP Chapter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on September 27, 2018 in St. Augustines Catholic Church, 17 Lincoln St., Millville, MA. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, 33 Division St., Manville, RI. Calling hours will be held from 4 7 PM on Wednesday in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 S. Main St., Woonsocket.
