Paul Bruyere Obituary

Paul N. Bruyere, 78, of Richmond St., died February 11, 2020 at home. He was the husband of Elaine Bruyere whom he married June 13, 1987. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Omer and Bertha M. (Bentley) Bruyere.

Mr. Bruyere was the owner of the former P.B. Woodworking and Island Cabinet and Millwork, Co., Blackstone. He was a communicant and active member of St. Theresas Church, Blackstone and the Woonsocket Lions Club.

Along with his wife, Elaine, he is survived by three sons, Dennis Bruyere of North Smithfield, Scott Bruyere of North Smithfield, and Richard Bruyere of Thompson, CT; two daughters, Michelle Pepin of Canterbury, CT, and Julie Jordan of Griswold, CT, a stepson, Kenneth Kircorian of Blackstone; two stepdaughters, Debra Martinelli of Blackstone, and Lori Kircorian of Woonsocket; fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late David Bruyere.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 10:30 in St. Theresas Church, 630 Rathbun St., Blackstone. Burial will be private. Calling hours are omitted. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
