Pauline O. (Baillargeon) Belisle

Pauline O. (Baillargeon) Belisle, 88, of North Smithfield, died May 18, 2023, in The Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Paul M. Belisle, whom she married May 17, 1952. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late William and Valeda (Guilbert) Baillargeon. She lived in Woonsocket before moving to North Smithfield in 1995.

Mrs. Belisle worked for Philips Electronics, retiring in 1992, and had previously worked for Finkelstein's Department Store. She served as secretary for the Gatewood Residents Association and the Christian Group Seniors. Pauline was a member of the St. Joseph's Senior Citizens, and was an avid bowler with the Memory Lanes League.

She leaves her children, Richard Belisle and his wife, Nancy, of Cumberland, Marc Belisle and his wife, Penny and Michael Belisle and his wife, Donna all of Blackstone, MA, and Paula Samek and her husband, Paul, of Woonsocket; four grandchildren, Derek Belisle and his wife, Marguerite, Jason Belisle and his wife, Jennifer, Allison Ranieri and her husband, Matthew, and Jennifer Becker; eight great grandchildren, Madison and Lucas Hemond, Jacob, Matthew, and Caleb Belisle, Owen and Nora Ranieri, and Logan Becker.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
