Pauline Samborsky Obituary

Pauline G. (Tousignant) Samborsky, 92, of North Smithfield, passed away December 8, 2023 in the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Ephrem Samborsky. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Conrad Tousignant and Florentine (Lefrancois) Bourassa.

Mrs. Samborsky received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bryant College, and worked as an accountant, retiring from the Cardi Corp. at age 84. She enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and trips to Nauset Beach in Orleans, MA.

She is survived by her three children, Michael Samborsky and his wife, Paula, of North Smithfield, Jo Anne Samborsky of Johnston, and Debra Baldwin of Palm Beach, FL; four grandchildren, David Baldwin, Susan Hudson, and Zachary and Bailey Samborsky; and four great grandchildren, Zoey, Tate, and Jolie Hudson, and Valencia Samborsky. She was the sister of the late Lawrence Tousignant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Parish, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm St., Blackstone. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 931 Jefferson Blvd. Ste 1005, Warwick, RI 02886.
