Richard Brooks Obituary

Richard A. Brooks, 68, of North Smithfield, died March 30, 2021 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of Barbara (Dubuc) Brooks of North Smithfield. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Harry and Norma (Jennison) Brooks.

Richard worked as an accountant and enjoyed trips north to Nova Scotia.

Along with his wife, Barbara, he is survived by his longtime family friend, Denise Bacon of Lincoln; as well as, several other close friends. He was the brother of the late Alan Brooks.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 11AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Smithfield Rd., North Smithfield.
