Robert Taylor Obituary
Robert A. Slick Taylor, 86, of Woonsocket, died May 13, 2021 in The Friendly Home. He was the husband of the late Delores (Vanasse) Taylor. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late William H. and Catherine V. (McBride) Taylor.
Mr. Taylor was a Navy veteran, serving in the Korean War. He worked for CVS in Woonsocket and was a member of the Fairmount Legion Post.
He was predeceased by his brothers, William H. Taylor, Jr., and Thomas and Richard Taylor; and his sister, Gail Ashline.
A graveside service with military honors will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11:30 AM in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm Street, Blackstone. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
