Robert "Bob" F. Brunelle Sr.

Robert "Bob" Brunelle Sr., 82, of Harrisville, passed away March 7, 2024 in Bayberry Commons. He was the loving husband of Elvie (Hale) Brunelle, to whom he was married to for 65 years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Armand and Lillian (Dubois) Brunelle.

Robert worked as a welder on truck body's. He liked to listen to country music and watch western movies. Bob also loved to vacation to Branson, MO. He liked to fix things and was a "jack of all trades".

Along with his wife Elvie, he is survived their children, Vonda Roberts and her husband Donald Sr., of Danielson, CT, Robert Brunelle, Jr. and his wife Sheila, of Harrisville, Troy Brunelle, Sr. and his wife Sharon, of Thompson, CT, Jodi Brunelle and her husband Michael O'Neill, of Woonsocket, Lee-Ann Hedquist and her husband Roland Sr., of North Smithfield, David Brunelle and his husband Antonio Pontes, of Sackets Harbor, NY, Danielle Douglas and her husband Joshua, of Woonsocket; 26 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He was the brother of the late Arthur, Lucien, Armand, and Roger Brunelle, and Theresa Plouffe. He was the grandfather of the late Roland "Bud" Hedquist, Jr, and John D. "Little John" Oullette. He was the great grandfather of the late Lucas A. Arnold.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 5-7 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brunelle Family.
