Sarah J. Haynes-Peets

Sarah J. Haynes-Peets, 33, of Acushnet, MA, died March 23, 2025 in Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of Bret Peets. Born in Crystal River, FL, she was the daughter of Carol (Bessette) Hawkins, and her husband John of North Brookfield and Charles Haynes and his wife Martha, of East Greenwich.

Sarah enjoyed doing crafts, going to the beach especially Point Judith, and getting weiners on Main St. She loved all animals, most of all cats.

Along with her parents, Carol, John, Charles and Martha, she is survived by her son, Adrian Joseph Genereux of Acushnet, MA; her brother, Matthew Folan of Providence; many aunts, uncles and cousins, including Emily Jackson.

Her funeral will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 starting with a visitation at 10AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, followed by a service at 12PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cat Sanctuary, 266 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895
