Suzanne F. (Bouchard) Foley

Suzanne F. (Bouchard) Foley, 79, of Blackstone passed away June 6, 2025 in Milford Hospital. She was the wife of William Foley and daughter of the late Fernand and Frances (Halza) Bouchard also of Blackstone. Mrs. Foley was born in Milford, CT and married her high school sweetheart on February 10, 1968. The couple lived and raised a family together as life-long residents of Blackstone.

Mrs. Foley worked as a secretary for Garelick Farms before raising her family. Suzanne was a talented pianist and attended the New England Conservatory of Music. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling; especially over the past ten years during which she and her husband visited every country in Europe.

Suzanne was a loving daughter, sister, mother and spouse who was most proud of the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. Along with her husband, William, she is survived by their children, US Army Colonel (Retired) Brian Foley and his wife, Lisa, of Crownsville, MD, and Dr. Erin Schena and her husband, Andrew, of Blackstone. She is also survived by her sister Frances Danese and her husband Richard of Blackstone, and four grandchildren; Mary Claire Foley, an aerospace design engineer working for Caterpillar in Rapid City South Dakota, Liam Foley, a rising Senior at Indian Creek Academy in Crownsville MD, Madison Schena a rising Sophomore at Mount St. Charles Academy, and Ashley Schena, a rising 8th grader at Blackstone-Millville Regional High School.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute online at dana-farber.org
