Tammy L. Hayes

Tammy L. Hayes, 57, of Woonsocket, died March 27, 2024 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Jack A. and Patricia A. (Davis) Hayes.

Tammy enjoyed cookouts, playing with her grandchildren, and spending time with her family and pets.

She leaves her son, Michael Kohloff and his wife, Nicole, of Woonsocket; her significant other of 14 years, Thomas P. Hannah of Woonsocket; two grandchildren, Faith Kohloff and William Ecklar.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
