Theodore worked for Ecolab for many years as a Territory Sales and Service Representative. He also served in the Army National Guard. Mr. Kuczer was an avid golfer, and loved hockey. In high school, he was captain of the hockey team, and his friends knew him as "The Kooz". He loved polka music, and could often be found listening to WNRI's Polka Paul on Sundays.

She loved decorating her home for the holidays, being outdoors, and taking family vacations to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. She adored her pets, notably her beloved Boxer, Layla.
