Zion S. Huguenin

Zion S. Huguenin, 17, of Manville, died October 18, 2023 in Hasbro Children's Hospital, Providence. Born in Providence, he was the son of Jody (Reagan) Hudson of Manville.

Zion was a senior in the Electrician vocation at William M. Davies Career and Technical School, Lincoln. If you knew Zion, you would know he lit up every room he walked into, and he could make you laugh, even on the worst days. He enjoyed wrestling, but he truly loved to eat with Pudge the Bully. He had the biggest heart that words just can’t do justice to. He was the best son and brother that anyone could ask for.

Besides his mom, Jody, he is survived by his siblings, Abraham Huguenin, Mianna Ovalle, Gabriel Garza and Solomon Hudson, all of Manville; his grandparents, Armand and Rose Desjardins, of Woonsocket, and Joann Cassidy of FL.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023, beginning at 3PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a service at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family of Zion Huguenin c/o Jody Hudson, P.O. Box 12, Manville, RI 02838 to help with funeral expenses.
